Almost all diets are based somewhat on calorie deprivation. These low calorie diet plans simply will not work, because they are based on self-denial. The consequence is that your body becomes more exposed to sickness in general, because the body is more prone to losing weight and not staying healthy by being in an alkaline state. The pre-packaged food involved with Weight Watchers is not that advantageous either.
To keep your body in an alkaline state you have to eat much more healthier foods. This includes the intake of larger quantities of organic vegetables and juices. Locate a diet that is vegetarian in nature or derived from the European food pyramid, and you will be more fit in the long run.
