These days entertaining on the deck or patio most times centers about an outdoor cooking location that can be as complex as an indoor kitchen with all the details of a quality restaurant. Currently there is a trend in outdoor cooking in America to include in the best of repertoires an Italian wood fired pizza oven. The overall appeal of the fire, burning your own choice of native hardwood, in some manner makes us feel more relaxed, in touch, and poses a chance to feel something truly different than we are accustomed to.
