We may have many anxiety in common, we also may have symptoms that differ significantly. This is why it is valuable to focus on us rather than some definition.
That is why anxiety attack is so hard to identify. It's not like having a cold or some other sickness, where the symptoms are usual and simple to make out and identify.
Anxiety attacks can happen out of the blue. I have spoken with many individuals who have stated 'my life is good; I don't understand the reason why I am suddenly struggling with anxiety attacks';. This is the character of the beast. There is no specific format for anxiety attacks.
